How to Open an Alibarbar Vape: Unboxing & First Use
Step 1: Open the retail packaging
Unseal the Alibarbar carton or sleeve with care. Hold the packaging until you have checked the device works and that it looks genuine. If support is needed later, branding, the flavour name and any batch details will help.
Make sure the flavour is the one you ordered, and that ALIBARBAR branding on the device lines up with a genuine Ingot 9000.
Step 2: Remove the protective cap
Lift the device clear of the pack. Take off any silicone or plastic cover sitting on the mouthpiece, and any sticker that blocks the air intake. Shipping protection is what they are, and a draw will not work until they are off.
Remove the cap and the Alibarbar Ingot 9000 can be used at once. Filling, charging and assembly are already done before it reaches you.
Step 3: Take your first puff
Activation is by inhale. Rest the mouthpiece on your lips and take a brief, easy draw. You do not press anything. Stay light at first so you can feel the air moving and taste the flavour, then lengthen the puff if you want to.
Check the smart LED after a few draws and confirm the battery reading and the e-liquid reading both look normal.
What not to open
Leave the Alibarbar casing alone. Do not pry it, cut it, or pull it apart. Sealed, and disposable, describes the Ingot 9000. It is not built for refilling, for a coil swap, or for the user to charge it. If the body is opened, the battery can be damaged, and that creates safety risks.

If it will not draw after opening
Little or no vapour even after the pack is open and the cap is off? Run these quick checks before you call the device faulty:
- Check that nothing is still covering the mouthpiece or the air intake.
- Draw too hard and the auto cut-off can step in. Use a gentler puff.
- Keep fingers clear of the air vents.
- Often empty, or at the end of its life: a flash and no vapour. Check the LED
