Question 1

What will the shipping charge be?

Accepted Answer

Device count sets the catalogue’s Regular Post price: A$10 at 1–19 devices, and free at 20+. Once payment confirmation has happened, expect about 3–7 business days in a typical case. Brisbane, Melbourne and Sydney, as metro cities, are often faster. Longer waits are more likely for a remote postcode. Figures stated by the site can change. Check the live checkout total before any payment.

Question 2

Does delivery cover the whole of Australia?

Accepted Answer

Yes. NSW, VIC, QLD, WA, SA, TAS, the ACT and the NT are all covered, every state and territory. Cities are quicker. Regional addresses and remote ones can take longer.

Question 3

Where does this catalogue sit, and where do orders finish?

Accepted Answer

Alibarbar Australia is at 480 Queen St, Brisbane City QLD 4000, Australia, on Queen Street in Brisbane CBD (approx. -27.4689, 153.0271). Catalogue orders still ship Australia-wide via Regular Post.

Question 4

How much time should you allow for a delivery?

Accepted Answer

State and postcode change the timing. Once payment is confirmed, delivery is usually 3-7 business days.

Question 5

When does an order leave for dispatch?

Accepted Answer

Dispatch follows once payment is confirmed. PayPal and card payments are confirmed straight away, so most orders are packed quickly.

Question 6

Is a tracking number available?

Accepted Answer

Yes. When a tracking record exists for the parcel, send the order number to orders@alibarbarigetvape.com and we can pass on the latest delivery status.

Question 7

Is there an express option on shipping?

Accepted Answer

For now, checkout defaults to Regular Post. Shipping costs A$10 on 1–19 devices, and nothing on 20+. If a faster service is added later, checkout will show it in plain view.

Question 8

What to do if the parcel is running late

Accepted Answer

Postal congestion, remote routing or an address that is incomplete causes most delays. Email us the order number and the status can be checked with you.

Question 9

Can the address for delivery still be changed?

Accepted Answer

As soon as you can after the order goes in, contact us. While the parcel is still with us, we will try to change the address. After it has been dispatched, a new address may be out of reach.

Question 10

What follows if the address on the order is wrong?

Accepted Answer

Should a wrong address send a parcel back, or lose it, we may have to wait for the carrier to confirm that before any next step is arranged. Look hard at the delivery details before you pay.

Question 11

Can a parcel go to a PO box, or to a parcel locker?

Accepted Answer

Not sure the address will work? Get in touch before you order. Parcel lockers and PO boxes can be used only where that postal destination is accepted.

Question 12

May a person under 18 accept the parcel?

Accepted Answer

No. Adults 18+ is a strict limit. The person who places the order and the person who receives the products must both meet the legal age.

Question 13

Are parcels sent outside Australia?

Accepted Answer

No. Customers in Australia, and delivery that covers the country, are what Alibarbar Australia focuses on.

Question 14

What if damage shows up when the item arrives?

Accepted Answer

Within 7 days, send the order number to orders@alibarbarigetvape.com. Include photos. A short video of the issue is fine too. Assessment follows the Returns & Refunds Policy.

Question 15

Can several orders be joined into a single shipment?

Accepted Answer

Once an order has gone out, it cannot be joined to another. If nothing has been dispatched yet, contact us quickly and we will check what is still possible.

Question 16

Accepted Answer

Timing of dispatch, delivery estimates, tracking and how to get support are all in the full policy, which is at /shipping.
