Question 1

Must you be over 18 before an order can be placed?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Buying from Alibarbar Australia is limited to people who are 18 years or older. An age gate is shown to first-time visitors. Checkout will not proceed without an explicit 18+ confirmation. The order itself is your confirmation that you meet the legal age your state or territory requires. Policy in full: /age-verification.

Question 2

Is vaping a sensible path for someone who does not smoke?

Accepted Answer

No. Vaping products are meant only for adults who already smoke or vape. They are not for non-smokers. They are not for people under 18. They are not for anyone who is pregnant or breastfeeding.

Question 3

May a disposable vape travel with you on a plane?

Accepted Answer

Disposable vapes hold lithium batteries. Airlines generally require them in your cabin bag, never inside checked luggage, and they must not be used or charged while you are in the air. Check your carrier and the destination before you set off.

Question 4

Are disposables lawful to sell in Australia?

Accepted Answer

Extra conditions by nicotine strength and by jurisdiction sit on top of current TGA guidance, which frames vapes as supply inside a pharmacy setting for therapeutic purposes. The adult rule, 18+, still applies. Alibarbar Australia’s route is a pharmacy channel in Australia. Eligibility of the individual is what the pharmacist assesses. Longer reading: /guides/disposable-vape-laws-in-australia. Treat that page as general information. It is not legal advice.

Question 5

Where does Australian law allow vaping products to be bought?

Accepted Answer

Therapeutic purposes, inside pharmacy settings, are where government guidance points at present. Ordinary retail that is not a pharmacy is not the destination. Nicotine strength brings extra conditions. So does each state or territory. Catalogue pages on this knowledge base do not prove supply is lawful. This is not legal advice.

Question 6

How should a finished device be thrown out?

Accepted Answer

A battery sits inside a used disposable, so it does not belong in ordinary household rubbish. Drop it at an e-waste point or a battery recycling point where your area has one.

Question 7

May a person under 18 accept the parcel?

Accepted Answer

No. Adults 18+ is a strict limit. The person who places the order and the person who receives the products must both meet the legal age.

Question 8

In Australia, is nicotine lawful inside a disposable vape?

Accepted Answer

Nicotine in vapes is regulated tightly. Above 20 mg/mL, strength usually sits under further controls in a prescription style. The Ingot 9000 does not have one strength figure for the whole site. Read the pack. Check TGA rules as they stand now. Not legal advice.

Question 9

Does a site meet Australian retail rules just because it lists the Ingot 9000, or Upload 25000, or Swirl 50000?

Accepted Answer

Sending an online order only starts the store process. It is not automatic approval to supply a therapeutic vape. This reseller uses the pharmacy channel, so supply still depends on pharmacist assessment, nicotine-strength rules and the law in the customer’s state or territory. The package label is the source of truth for the unit supplied. General information, not legal advice.

Question 10

Are Upload 25000 or Swirl 50000 part of what Alibarbar Australia sells?

Accepted Answer

This catalogue lists two Alibarbar lines. The Ingot 9000 is rated for up to 9000 puffs, with 22ml, 2350mAh, a smart LED, and no recharge port. ALIBARBAR 12000 is a separate line, rated for up to 12000 puffs. Ingot 20000, Swirl 50000 and Upload 25000 are different families and are not sold here. A matching flavour name does not make a 12000 device an Ingot 9000.

Question 11

What policy covers checking a buyer’s age?

Accepted Answer

Placing an order confirms you are 18+. Visitors the first time also meet an age gate, and checkout will not go through without an explicit 18+ tick. Orders can be cancelled if age cannot be verified. The full policy sits at /age-verification.

Question 12

Is a disposable vape appropriate in pregnancy?

Accepted Answer

No. Vaping products are not meant for anyone pregnant, and they are not meant for anyone breastfeeding. If quitting smoking is the aim, talk with a qualified health professional.

Question 13

Where are the full terms published?

Accepted Answer

Footer paths are /terms, /privacy and /age-verification, linking the Terms of Service, the Privacy Policy and the Age Verification Policy.
