Question 1

Is the product stock genuine?

Accepted Answer

Inspect the packaging and the ALIBARBAR branding, confirm a smart LED that works, and check the specs line up with 2350mAh, a 22ml fill, and a ceiling of up to 9000 puffs. Labelling that does not agree with itself is a warning. See /guides/how-to-spot-fake-alibarbar-ingot.

Question 2

How do you check whether an Alibarbar Ingot is genuine?

Accepted Answer

On the back of the box, check the Authentication panel for the honeycomb seal that is there to deter counterfeits, and for ALIBARBAR branding. Genuine devices also have ALIBARBAR branding, capacity of 22ml, a smart LED display and a rating of up to 9000 puffs. Buying from Alibarbar Australia is how you get authentic stock. alibarbarigetvape.com is this catalogue and knowledge base. Cart, payment and order completion happen on this site, by PayPal or debit / credit card.

Question 3

How should the authenticity marks on the packaging be used?

Accepted Answer

Genuine packaging carries ALIBARBAR branding on the Authentication panel and a circular honeycomb seal on the left, made of a hex pattern plus an orange ring. The same five designs of seal are printed at random across genuine packaging. Each device does not get a unique serial. If you are unsure, buy from Alibarbar Australia.

Question 4

How to tell whether an Alibarbar you hold is fake

Accepted Answer

Look for an LED that works and shows both battery and e-liquid level, ALIBARBAR branding on the pack, and vapour that stays consistent. The full checklist is in /guides/how-to-spot-fake-alibarbar-ingot.

Question 5

What should packaging look like when it is genuine?

Accepted Answer

Packaging that is authentic includes the model name Ingot 9000, ALIBARBAR branding, labelling that states capacity and puff count clearly, and an Authentication panel whose anti-counterfeit seal is a honeycomb on the left. The device inside should carry a working LED display and the design of a gold ingot bar.

Question 6

Why do some Alibarbar listings online sit so far under the usual price?

Accepted Answer

Unofficial marketplaces with prices that are unusually low often point to counterfeit stock or to the grey market. Capacity of 22ml and a smart LED display are part of a genuine Ingot 9000. If those features are missing, or they do not match, treat the listing with caution. Fair pricing in Australia is set out for comparison at /guides/alibarbar-ingot-9000-price-guide-australia.

Question 7

Where in Australia can authentic Alibarbar be bought?

Accepted Answer

Authenticity notes and the local Ingot 9000 catalogue are published on this knowledge base, alibarbarigetvape.com. Cart, payment and order completion happen on this site, by PayPal or debit / credit card. alibarbar.com carries the global brand role. Supply in Australia uses a pharmacy-channel process. A pharmacist assesses it, and applicable law still applies. See /guides/disposable-vape-laws-in-australia.

Question 8

Will the LED display still function on a fake?

Accepted Answer

A lot of counterfeits leave the LED out completely, or the reading never moves, or it is simply wrong. Genuine hardware changes the battery readout and the e-liquid readout while you vape.

Question 9

What if the device that turned up looks fake?

Accepted Answer

Write to orders@alibarbarigetvape.com inside 7 days. Include the order number, plus photos showing the device and the packaging. Quality problems that are genuine are looked into and put right under the Returns & Refunds Policy.

Question 10

Can a check of the device be done online?

Accepted Answer

Yes. The free honeycomb seal checker is at /verify. Snap a photo, or upload one, of the round anti-counterfeit mark on the pack. Also confirm the smart LED works, the brand mark reads ALIBARBAR, and vapour stays steady. Checklist: /guides/how-to-spot-fake-alibarbar-ingot.

Question 11

Do the custom packs count as genuine stock too?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Single-flavour Ingot 9000 devices, the authentic ones, are what sit inside packs of 5, of 10 and of 20. Your order changes only which flavours are mixed in.
